Configure the primary server
- Install Business Connect on the primary server as described in Business Connect installation.

Open the Business Connect Server Configuration Manager,
and do the following on the Database tab:
- Clear the box beside Use build-in database file.
- Enter the required data in Database connection settings.
- Click Create database.
- Enter SQL Server Authentication information and click OK.
- Click Create database schema and click Yes.
- Click Test connection, then click Apply.

Open Configuration Assistant, go to , and select Save to file.
This certificate will be re-used on the secondary Business Connect server.
Do not enroll yet the Business Connect web Server. - Open the Business Connect Server Configuration Manager.
- Select Internet Information Server (IIS) in the Web Server tab, click Configure, then click Apply.
- Open the IIS Manager, select the BusinessConnect website, and select Bindings on the right.

Add the FQDN of the Network Load Balancer address to be
used for Business Connect.
It is advised to use https and port 443 in a production environment with a valid public trusted certificate.
- Remove the default binding and make sure that only the FQDN of the Network Load Balancer is listed.
- Click Refresh and check if the FQDN of the Network Load Balancer is displayed.
- Click Ok, then close the Business Connect Server Configuration Manager.
- Close the Configuration Assistant.
- Re-open the Configuration Assistant and log in to the Security Framework.

Enroll the Business Connect Support
Service.
The FQDN of the Network Load Balancer should appear as the endpoint. If still the local server address appears as the enrolled endpoint, then unenroll the Business Connect Web Service, close the Configuration Assistant, remove the following two folders, and try again:

- Open the Business Connect Server Configuration Manager and check if the service is successfully enrolled.
- Configure and start the Support Service.
- On the Security tab, enter the Password for the administrator, click Create, and click Apply.
