Configure device for accounting
This procedure describes how to configure a device for accounting.
If the Device Configuration dialog box for the device is not open
already, follow the instructions in Configure
Output Manager devices before continuing with this procedure.
Accounting data for Output Manager print jobs and the Combined Client for Ricoh scan jobs
is always recorded, regardless of settings configured with this procedure.
- In the Device Configuration dialog box, click the Device Details tab.
- For Cost Management, select Prints or Copies depending on your business requirements.
- If you selected Copies, specify the cost per page.
If the Combined Client for Ricoh is already started, restart it to implement the
changes.
