Configure ApeosPort-I, II, and III devices
To configure ApeosPort-I, II, and III devices, do the following:
- Start a web browser, and enter the IP address of the Fuji Xerox device in the Address field.
- When prompted, enter your Administration User Name and Password. The Fuji Xerox web configuration page opens (CentreWare Internet Services).
- Click the Properties tab, expand the PKI Settings folder in the left pane menu, and then click SSL/TLS Settings. If HTTP-SLL Communication is not Enabled you should enable it. You may need to Generate a Self-Signed Certificate before you can enable SSL.
- On the Properties tab, click Auditron Administration in the left menu pane. The Auditron Administration page opens.
- Select Remote Access from the Auditron Mode list.
- Select Enter Passcode or No Passcode Required from the IC Card Link Mode list. This option will only be available when a card reader is connected.
- Click Apply to save the settings.
- On the Properties tab, select the Remote Authentication Server/Directory Service folder in the left menu pane and click Authentication System.
- Select Authentication Agent from the Authentication System Settings list, and click Apply. If this option is not available you should verify the firmware version and optionally reload the firmware.
- Click the Support tab, and Web Application Settings from in the left menu pane.
-
On the Web Application Settings page, enter the Server Number (for
example, number 1), and click Edit.
If the server number is already used by another application, enter a different available server number, and then click Edit to continue.
- On the Web Application Settings page, click Edit beside the Server Number setting. The Web Application Server Settings page opens.
- In the URL field, enter http://<NN.NN.NN.NN>:2939/Public/DCE/EIP/joblist.html, where <NN.NN.NN.NN> is the IP address of the Equitrac DCE server.
- Click Apply to save your configuration changes.
