Transaction Blockage
Use the Post transactions function from the Configure screen in the web application to correct the issue. This function effectively flushes the queue, sending information about queued jobs either to the server, or recorded to the log.
To use this feature, check the number of undeliverable transactions and/or the date of the last delivery. If there appears to be a bottleneck:
- Turn on logging.
- Start capturing logging. If you do not, the logs will scroll past top of the log page and be lost.
- Select the Post Transactions check box in the configuration screen.
- Retrieve the logs, and manually enter the errored transactions into the server. This step should be done in consultation with Equitrac Support.
Do not manually enter the entries where the transaction is being successfully pushed onto the network. Enter only the rejected transactions.
