Locate Custom Services
Xerox ECSP cannot be configured unless Custom Service is installed on the MFP. To
determine if custom services is installed on a WC75xx series, perform these
steps:
- Open a Web browser and enter the URL http://<MFP IP address> in the Address field.
- Select the Properties tab, and log in with your Administrator user ID and password when prompted.
- In the left pane, select .
- Click beside the option.
- Click . The button should now be present on the MFP user interface when is selected.
If you cannot access or locate these options, contact Xerox regarding correct
installation of Custom Services.
