Customer relevant messages have a unique message identifier. The identifier helps identifying the message and can be used to look the message up in the system documentation and get additional information.

The Server Monitor can assist you with this task. When you right click on a log message, a popup menu will show. If the message has a message identifier, the menu entry Error message information will be enabled. You can select it to open a help window that will show additional information related to the error.

 

 

You can also do this by double clicking on the error message.
