cannot start ATM message thread

Description

The message service thread for Attach Manager private messages did not start

Cause

The library runtime or operating system reported an error when an attempt was made to start a thread. This may indicate a shortage of operating system resources.

Action

If the system is working close to the limit for virtual or real memory or for object handles, reduce the total load on those system resources. If this is not the case, or if the problem persists, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
