Description

Unable to create the communications infrastucture needed to send requests to an asynchronous server

Cause

The operating system request to create a named pipe reported an error.

Action

If the reported error indicates a lack of system resources, reduce the load on the operating system. Restarting the operating system may resolve the problem.
