Attach Manager statistics could not be stored

Description

The application server responsible for storing the statistical information for the Attach Manager reported a problem when writing the statistics to the database.

Cause

Usually, communication with the database is not possible at the time the attempt was made to store the statistics.

Action

The Attach Manager will attempt to store the statistics at a later time. When communication with the database has been restored, this later attempt should success without further action being required. If the database connection is working normally or the later attempts to store the statistics are unsuccessful, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance. If this is the only error message being reported, the normal operation of the SignPlus system is not affected.
