Description

The named configuration file can't be retreived from the configuration server.

Cause

Configuration server not set up, not running, unreachable, or the configuration file missing in the server database.

Action

Check that the configuration database contains the configuration file named. Verify that the configuration server has been set up, is running and can be reached.
