Description

The synchronisation structure named could not be acquired when needed.

Cause

This is a critical failure in the thread synchroisation structures of the Workflow Server. It may be caused by a lack of resouces at the operating system level or may be a programming failure in the Workflow Server application.

Action

Check the status of the system to ensure that enough resources (memory and handles) are available. Contact Kofax for technical assistance if the system does not appear heavily loaded, otherwise reconfigure the system and the applications running on it to ensure enough resources are avaiable to the programs you need to run.
