Description

The length of data stored in the system registry is not consistent with the length required by the current program version.

Cause

This usually indicates that incompatible versions of two or more FraudOne application programs has been installed.

Action

Reinstall the FraudOne application, ensure that a consistent set of applications is being used. If the problem recurs after reinstallation, contact Kofax for technical support.
