Description

An error was reported by the communication subsystem when communicating with a SignPlus server process.

Cause

A technical problem exists in the communication infrastructure or the application server process has failed.

Action

Check the application server error log to ensure that the application server process has not failed catastrophically. If not, an equivalent communication error should be reported in the server error log. Investigate the cause of the reported error in the communication infrastructure.
