Description

The input data provided to the message serialiser did not include any base customer data.

Cause

This is usually a configuration problem, resulting in the use of the incorrect document processing algorithm. Alternatively this can be a programming error in either the Prepare plugin or the client program creating the document.

Action

Correct the configuration entries mapping document types for the DMS plugin.
