Description

The SignBase application server has returned an error code that the message serialiser does not recognise.

Cause

This is normally due to a version mismatch between the message serialiser and the SignPlus application servers.

Action

Install the correctly corresponding versions of the message serialiser component and the SignPlus application servers.
