Copy Signatory has references to different source customers.

Description

The message serialiser client program has attempted to add signatories from more than one customer to a single Copy Signatories message.

Cause

This is either a programming error in the client program calling the message serialiser or a mismatch between the installed version of the message serialiser and its client program.

Action

Install matching versions of the message serialiser and its client program. If the versions match, contact the supplier of the message serialiser client program (which may be SOFTPRO) for technical assistence.
