Trying to create a connection pool for Instance {0}.{1} when a connection pool for {2}.{3} already exists

Description

The application has attempted to use two difference application instance identification names at the same time. Central configuration management does not support applications that use more than one identifications.

Cause

This is a programming error in the failing application.

Action

Contact the application supplier, not necessarily Kofax, to obtain a version of the application that does not contain this error.
