Description

The time allowed for a server to shutdown in response to a server manager shutdown request has been exceeded for the indicated server

Cause

The server manager has sent a shutdown request to all servers and is still waiting for the last of these to stop.

Action

No action is required. The server manager will cancel the remaining server processes and then shutdown itself. If the message occurs frequently, or if there are problems restarting the system, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
