Description

The Server Monitor user passwords in the SrvMngr4 INI file are encrypted but the server manager was unable to decrypt the password shown.

Cause

This is most likely a configuration error.

Action

Change all of the Server Monitor user passwords in the SrvMngr4 INI file back to their clear text form and repeat the encryption process.
