Description

A registry value needed to manage the interprocess communication between the Server Manager and managed processes could not be stored in the registry.

Cause

In general, this is an authorisation problem related to the userid under which the Server Manager is running.

Action

Examine the registry to identify the named key and value and establish the authority needed to update the value. Ensure that the userid assigned to run the Server Manager (may be the userid for the SignPlus service) has the required authorisation. The key and/or value can be delete if necessary, the Server Manager will create a new key if needed.
