Cannot start the Server Manager process; another Server Manager process exists in process list with different PID

Description

More than one Server Manager process is running on the system. This is not supported.

Cause

This is most likely a user error. Do not try to start a Server Manager process while another Server Manager is executing.

Action

No action may be required, the already running instance of the Server Manager will continue to work normally. If there is no other working instance of the Server Manager active, restart the Windows operating system.
