Cannot open LiveInfo Mutex for application %s

Description

The application could not connect itself to the Server Manager LiveInfo interface

Cause

Normally a configuration or operations error. Either the program has been started when there is no Server Manger process active or the Server Manager process is not configured to run the application.

Action

Ensure that the Server Manager configuration (Admin Client Topography editor) has been configured to run the named application and then (re-)start the Server Manager.
