Cause

The update action caused a deadlock or a lock timeout failure.

Action

If a lock timeout occurred, change the database settings to prevent lock timeouts. Deadlock events will be retried automatically and require no further action unless they occur very frequently, in which case contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance.
