AGetUserDecisionsList: Workflow decisions list error (rc=%d)

Description

Could not retrieve the list of decisions made on a payment document from the workflow tables.

Cause

Either there may be a problem with the database connection or more memory was needed to store the list than the operating system could provide.

Action

If no other messages reporting problems with the database connection are recorded, monitor program execution to establish if either the system memory utilisation is too high or if the program allocated virtual memory is steadily increasing. If the system memory utilisation is high, install more memory or reduce memory usage by other programs. If the program virtual memory allocation is steadily increasing, contact SOFTPRO for technical assistance
