Description

The source database contains a column with a data type that the migration program cannot interpret.

Cause

This is a mismatch between the source database version and the migration program. This may be caused by using the migration program to migrate a database (schema) that does not contain a SignPlus database or contains tables other than the standard migration program. Most likely this is caused by using a version of the migration program that does not match the version of the database (schema) being migrated.

Action

Install the correct version of the migration program and configure the access to a SignPlus source database.
