The diagnostic trace information produced for a process is also controlled by the same XLog configuration file and configuration dialogs as the log information level. This is only done under the guidance of Kofax technical support who will provide you with the required configuration settings.

By default, your systems are configured to automatically produce a trace containing diagnostic information every this an error occurs during processing. This information will be required by Kofax technical support to assist with resolving any problems you are experiencing.
