The IPA_Administrators resource group requires that the following permissions are enabled in the TotalAgility Designer.

• Read/Write access for Resource

• Read/Write access for CaptureDesign

• Read/Write access for MaintainServer

A member of the IPAResourceGroup_Scan resource group only, requires the following permissions in the TotalAgility Designer.

• Reject documents

• Delete documents

• Split documents

• Merge documents

• Rotate pages

A member of the IPAResourceGroup_ValidationResources resource group only, requires the following permissions in the TotalAgility Designer.

• Reject documents

• Modify/Read documents

• All other batch-editing operations

If a user is a member of both the IPAResourceGroup_Scan resource group and the IPAResourceGroup_ValidationResources resource group, they require the following permissions in the TotalAgility Designer.

• Reject documents

• Delete documents

• Split documents

• Merge documents

• Rotate pages

• Modify/Read documents

• All other batch-editing operations
