Introduction
Install Tungsten Import Connector 2025.1.3.0 to apply the features added and to resolve the issues listed below.
Note: To install Tungsten Import Connector 2025.1.3.0 successfully, an existing full installation of Tungsten Import Connector 2025.1 is required.

Install this update
For best results, install the update during off-peak processing hours.
- Verify that the following applications/services are not running.
- TC Plug-In application and service
- Message Connector Service
- Extract the contents of the .zip file on the computer where Tungsten Import Connector is installed.
Run MC-25.1.3.287.bat and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: To update a single instance or multiple instances of Message Connector in silent mode:
- Open Command Prompt and navigate to the directory containing the update.
- Execute the following commands:
- Instance 1: msiexec /update MC-25.1.3.287.msp KOFAXPRODUCTVERSION=2025.1.3.287 /qb /l*vx MC-2025.1.3.287-Inst1.log /n {FB969A81-071E-4015-8B62-278359AE1B69}

On the computers where TC Plug-In is installed:
- Close Tungsten Capture Administration.
- Run KCPlugin-25.1.3.287.bat and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Restart any applications or services that were stopped prior to installing the update.
- Verify that the TC Plug-In and the Message Connector services are running.
Remove this update
For best results, remove the update during off-peak processing hours.
- Verify that the following applications/services are not running.
- TC Plug-In application and service
- Message Connector Service
- To uninstall Message Connector:
- In Control Panel, select Programs and Features > View installed updates.
- On the list of updates, in the Name column, select MC fix pack MC-25.1.3.287.
- Right-click and select Uninstall.
- To uninstall TC Plug-In:
You cannot uninstall the update for TC Plug-In. You must uninstall Tungsten Import Connector and install it again without the update.
- Restart any applications or services that were stopped prior to removing the update.
