You can install Kofax Communication Server 10.4.0.1 to resolve the issues listed below.

Feature Added in This Fix Pack

1777642: You can create a copy of an existing user by changing the name of the user from the user edit window. All the properties of the existing user are copied to the newly created user.

Issues Resolved in This Fix Pack

1809317: TC/LINK-FI failed to restart for an hour when a timeout issue occurred due to inactivity.

1808413: A state table error occurred when the Foip_T30.exe process used the entire CPU memory.

1807937: A memory leak issue occurred while converting an HTML file to TCI.

1793954: KCS Portal failed to connect to the application servers listed under Settings > Servers > Server Configuration when the Windows firewall was enabled.

1791037: TCDC failed while converting the "._LT training photos" files.

1788866: The OpenSSL vulnerability CVE-2022-0778 occurred while checking certificates.

1788522, 1788520: The Kofax Communication Server TC/Web Installation and Configuration Manual and the Kofax Communication Server Portal Administrator's Guide did not provide information about the required folder and registry permissions for an IIS application pool user.

1784429: A user was able to view a message from a browser without logging in to the application.

1785171: The complete connection details of a Kofax Capture Connect connection were not displayed when you viewed multiple KCC connections in KCS Portal Server Configuration.

1783922: An error message similar to the following was displayed when you tried to resubmit an inbound FAX message from the TCWEB inbox:

"Failed to resubmit message. Error code:616"

1780667: In TC/Web, if you did not enter the author in the Recipients > Auth field, but selected using the address book, an error message similar to the following was displayed on sending the message:

"Failed sending the message: Invalid authorizer+TECH|Author"

1780563: The file extensions listed in the exception list were not ignored during document conversion.

1780446: The TIFF to TCI conversion failed using ImageMagick if the X or Y resolution of the TIFF image was set to 0.

1779828: The beep.wav file was loaded from a location other than the one specified in the registry.

1737213: The Kofax Communication Server Monitoring Technical Manual and the Kofax Communication Server Environment Guide - Platform System Manual did not provide sufficient information about the 135 and 445 ports.
