You can submit jobs to a shortcut in the following ways:
Submit a job as soon as you finish creating or editing it in the Create/Edit Job screen.
Submit one or more jobs from the Active Jobs List.
When submitting a job, fields that enable you to provide the appropriate information for the shortcut are displayed.
While you prepare to submit jobs, the jobs are locked for the next person who tries to select the same jobs for sending. The jobs become unlocked when you either submit or cancel them.
