Two ways to obtain a service pack with the latest upgrade:
Request an installation package from your supplier.
Download it from Kofax Kofax'es Customer Web. To access the Customer Web, you need a user name and password, which you can get from your Kofax representative.
After you obtain a service pack, execute the service pack file on the PC where Kofax Invoice Automation is installed. When the program is finished, Kofax Invoice Automation is upgraded.
