Tutorial overview

This tutorial guides you through the steps to create a Quick Workflow, so you can start working with a fully functional TotalAgility solution. The Quick Workflow tutorial explains how to create and test a workflow for submitting and processing enhancement requests for a fictional product:

  1. Enhancement request is submitted to the Product Manager.

  2. Product Manager accepts or rejects the request, or asks for more information.

    • If accepted, the Product Manager adds the request to the Requirement Management system using an existing TotalAgility custom service.

    • If rejected, the Product Manager notifies the Submitter and provides an explanation.

    • If more details are required to make a decision, the Product Manager routes the request back to the Submitter. The request is then updated and resubmitted to the Product Manager.
