Apply folder notes: In PaperPort, item properties (keywords, authors) can be specified at folder level for applying this information automatically to all new PDF files that arrive into a target folder. Select this option if you want to apply item properties automatically to newly saved PDF files. Before selecting this option, enter item properties to your target folder in PaperPort, or check whether the item properties specified for that target folder are acceptable for your PDF files.
