Optimized page display: PDF Viewer was developed specifically to handle PDF files. Some elements in files need higher resolution while others need less – this viewer performs such calculations, yielding crisper displays and shorter loading time than when using general-purpose viewer programs.
Sending PDF Documents or Pages: You can send selected pages, or a whole document to mail recipients.
Undo – Redo: Many levels of Redo and Undo help you to correct mistakes when editing the PDF document.
Enjoy Intuitive Browsing: Use the Hand tool with the Dynamic Zoom to reveal every detail of the page contents.
Switching to PaperPort Desktop: With a button on the File Toolbar, PaperPort can be launched (if not already running) with the folder of the currently opened PDF file chosen and the file selected on the PaperPort Desktop.
Navigating in Folders: You can navigate within the folder of the currently opened PDF file to close it and open the Previous/Next file using either menu commands or toolbar buttons.
Image Editing: An image object selected in PDF Viewer can be opened in PaperPort Image Viewer for editing. Once the edited image is saved and the Image Viewer closed, the image is updated in PDF Viewer.
Transparent Stamping: For newly created stamps, a specific color can be made transparent so it blends in better on the page. For instance, you can use this to add a scanned signature to your PDF documents.
Form filling: Load active PDF forms and fill them in, ready to be submitted by e-mail or other means.
