On the Send To bar, right-click the icon of the currently installed Kofax PDF viewer/editor program, and then click Send To Options to display the Send To Options dialog box.
The offered PDF viewer/editor program (which can be PDF Viewer Plus or Power PDF) closely cooperates with PaperPort. Therefore, specifying and/or changing relevant settings, as a rule, is done within the PDF viewer/editor program when it is first launched. The only option is to decide whether the icon should be shown on the Send To Bar or hidden.

Tip
It is a good idea to show the icon of the PDF viewer/editor program on the Send To bar so you can open the program from there and drag-and-drop PDF files onto it from outside PaperPort.
