Access this from the Scan pane by selecting a profile, clicking Settings, choosing the SET panel, enabling Erase Edges and clicking the associated button.
In the Erase Edges Settings
dialog box, you can define the measurements that define the border area
to be set to white on all images scanned by the current profile.
Erase from
All edges evenly – Turn this option on, and define a value based on the measurement unit. If you turn this option off, you can define values separately for the top, right, bottom and left edges.
Top, Right, Bottom and Left – Enter a required value for these directions separately.
Units – Select a measurement unit.
