Choose Options
in the
ImageViewer button drop-down list.
Use the Advanced tab to set options for newly-created PDF files created you print a file to the PaperPort desktop as a PDF file, or capture a web page as PDF file.
You can set these options:
Best
Quality (larger file) — Saves files in
a lossless
format that results in best possible quality, but with a larger size.
This setting is useful whenever you require a high quality image.
Better Quality (smaller file)
— Saves files with a high level of quality while reducing the file
size.
The setting uses a low compression level — 90 on a scale from 60 to
100. The default value of 90 provides a high quality image, while
retaining a good compression level.
Good
Quality (smallest file) — Saves files with a higher compression
level, while retaining quality good enough for viewing on a computer
screen.
Use MRC Technology — In PaperPort Professional, saves color PDF Images or PDF Searchable Images with a high compression technology called MRC.
Click Reset to return to the default settings.
