You can insert a page at any place in a multi-page PDF item.
On the PaperPort desktop, select the multi-page item.
Use the Page Navigator to display the page that is to appear immediately after your newly-inserted page.
Drag and drop the page
onto the multi-page item.
PaperPort places the page on top of the current page. If the current
page is the first page, the new page becomes the first page.
See the topic stacking and combining items for advice on removing a single page from a PDF file. To get a single page from a non-PDF image item, duplicate it and delete the other pages.
Tips
When you work with multi-page PDF item, you can insert a new blank page to function as a document separator.
To insert all pages from an image item, open the target PDF in the Thumbnails pane, select a page and choose Insert New Pages Here and select the item to be inserted. The new pages appear before the selected PDF page. Pages can also be appended to the end of the PDF.
To insert just one or selected pages into a PDF, copy the contributing item to PDF, then open the target PDF in PDF Viewer Plus or Power PDF and choose Insert or Append. Here you can not only choose the PDF item to be inserted, but also define a single page or a page range.
You can remove, or unstack, one page from a multi-page PDF item or you can unstack all the pages within the item to receive a set of single-page items.
This
feature enables you to move, delete, or replace pages from a multi-page
item without disturbing other pages.
On the PaperPort desktop, select the multi-page item.

Unstack and choose
