In the Envelope Panel, you can create custom envelope templates for secure deliveries. First, prepare a PDF page to be used as an envelope. You can design it in another text editing application, convert it to a PDF page, and then you may add interactive form fields to it inside the program, so you can add an explanation text each time you use the envelope or you can use the Typewriter tool to do this.
The Envelope Panel is called from the Panel bar by the following tool
If you do not see this tool, right-click in an empty area of the Panel bar and select it.
To create a custom envelope template
Click the Create button or select Create from the panel's Options menu.
In the Create Envelope dialog box, click Browse to navigate to the prepared PDF page to be used as the envelope file. Accept the file name to be used as Envelope Name, or specify another name in the top text field. If you choose a file that is not a PDF, it is converted to PDF, which may take some time. If you select a multi-page file, choose the page to be used.
The file is displayed in the preview area. If desired, select a Security Scheme and a Signature Scheme for the package to be automatically used when you encrypt or sign the envelope file. See: Envelopes Overview.
Click OK.
