The files will be processed in the order they appear in the file list of Convert Assistant. The file order may be important if you want to save the result into one file. (The Combine output into one file option is selected under Conversion Type in the Output Options panel).
To reorder the files in the file list
Select a file to be reordered and click the Move Up or the Move Down tool to move it in the file list.
Tip
You can drag a file in the file list and drop it to another location.
