This ribbon shows up in Advanced Edit mode, as you add or edit a header or a footer. To add a header or a footer, go to Insert > Headers and Footers, then click Header or click Footer and then choose Edit Header/Edit Footer.
Navigation Group
Lets you navigate through sections and switch between headers or footers:
Options Group
Manage options for headers and footers:
Different First Page Click to have the first page of the section different header/footer setting than the rest of the pages.
Position Group
Manage header/footer positions:
Header from Top Specify the distance between the header and the top of the page.
Close Group
This group has a single Close Headers and Footers button, click to return to the calling ribbon.
