The following icons are used in the program messages. Before the conversion the reports relate to file loading.

Tips
The status bar gives you a brief explanation of the possible reason when a message appears.
Hover the cursor over a filename in the file list to see the input and output filenames with their full path.
Message:
The output file cannot be generated, the file will not be converted
Possible reason:
The saving destination is write-protected.
Solution:
Change the folder properties of the destination folder, or select another destination.
Possible reason:
You may be trying to overwrite a read-only file.
Solution:
Choose another output filename.
--------------------------------------------------
Message:
The output file already exists
Reason:
Output filenames are automatically generated from input filenames (only the filename extensions are different depending on the selected output format). An output file with the same filename already exists, probably having been generated during a previous conversion process.
Solution:
You can decide to let the program add numerical suffixes to the output filename, or overwrite these files.
Click Yes to distinguish an output file with a numerical suffix (e.g. example_0001.doc). Click No to overwrite the file.
------------------------------------------------
Message:
The output filename is reserved by another input file
Reason:
The same output filename was given to the input files of the same name opened from different folders.
E.g.
Input: C:\ sample.pdf Output: E:\ sample.doc
Input: D:\ sample.pdf Output: E:\ sample.doc
Solution:
Click Yes to distinguish the output files with numerical suffixes.
E.g.
Input: C:\ sample.pdf Output: E:\ sample_0000.doc
Input: D:\ sample.pdf Output: E:\ sample_0001.doc
