CaseMap Support

The Advanced version of Power PDF adds the power of PDF management to LexisNexis® CaseMap® 12 – a complex, legal case handling system. The CaseMap group displays in the Advanced Processing ribbon only if CaseMap is detected on your system.
 

To access CaseMap integration tools

Choose Advanced Processing > CaseMap and select one of the tools.

CaseMap: With the tool's drop-down list, you can do the following:

  • Create a new fact

  • Update an existing fact

  • Create a new CaseMap object (also done by the Send to CaseMap tool)

  • Update an existing CaseMap object

  • Show linked record detail to update document information (also done by the tool shown below)

  • Go to linked record (highlighted in CaseMap)

  • Send multiple PDF files to CaseMap via a wizard: select individual PDF files or a folder whose contents will be sent to a case already open in CaseMap.
