Document Properties
Select File > Info
> Description. A summary of properties is displayed. Click the
title Properties to make changes
using the Document Properties dialog box. This has six panels: Description,
Security, Initial View, Custom, Fonts, and Reading.
Description
Under Description you find the Standard fields, such as Title, Author, Subject, Keywords. These values can be modified. Other values, such as Creator, Created and Modified cannot be changed.
Under Advanced you find PDF
Producer, PDF Version, File Size, Page Size, Location and Number of Pages.
Security
For details see Security Properties.
Initial View
The Initial View options define how the document will be displayed when it is opened. These options are stored in the document and will be followed by any capable PDF viewer program.
Custom
You can include custom defined application-specific key-value document property pairs to the PDF document.
Later, other document management applications can retrieve the information for post-processing.
For example, you can make a custom field searchable by defining it in the custom field list before building the index.
Fonts
Use this to show all the fonts referenced in the document. This helps you to understand whether font substitution is used to show unavailable fonts; or if fonts are embedded in the document.
Advanced
Under Reading Options section, you can specify reading options:
Reading direction: You can select either left-to-right or right-to-left text direction
Language: You can select the language for reading the content in this list.
Note This product can read text in the languages installed. See Reading PDF for details.
Under Print Options,
select the Choose paper by page
size
check box to let Power PDF automatically adjust the paper
size to the document page size when printing.
If any property is modified, you will be prompted to save the document before closing it.
