Automatic European Union Trusted Lists (EUTL) updates

The European Union (EU) publishes trusted lists of trust service providers. Manage the automatic European Union Trusted Lists (EUTL) updates with the following settings.

  • Load trusted certificates from a Kofax EUTL server: Select this check box to automatically download updates from the Kofax EUTL list, once every month. By selecting this option you enable the Load certificates for eIDAS compliant qualified trust services only check box.
  • Load certificates for eIDAS compliant qualified trust services only: Select this check box to limit the automatic update to qualified trust services only, complying with the eIDAS EU regulation. This option is enabled only if the Load trusted certificates from a Kofax EUTL server check box is selected.

Rights Management Services

  • Use Azure Information Protection instead of AD RMS: This check box is selected by default. Clear this check box to step back to AD RMS (Active Directory Rights Management Services) when using Microsoft Rights Management Services.
