Printer Driver Settings

You can modify driver settings in the Power PDF Properties dialog box. You can set printing preferences for the current document only, or for all subsequent documents.

To set properties for the current document

1. On the File menu of any supported application, select Print

2. Under Printer, select Power PDF as your active printer if it is not already displayed.

3. Click Printer Properties. The button or link caption may vary depending on the application.

4. Visit each tab and specify settings for creating PDF files.

5. Click OK to confirm all settings.

To set printing preferences for all documents

1. On the Windows Start menu, look for Printers & scanners.

2. Click the Power PDF printer, click Manage, then Printing Preferences.

3. Visit each tab and specify settings for creating PDF files.

4. Click OK to confirm all settings.
