If Excel integration is enabled, Power PDF Create provides a Kofax PDF tab and ribbon with the following tools:

Create PDF and E-mail
Creation Settings
To make settings before PDF creation
Click Creation Settings to start the Kofax PDF Settings for Excel dialog box.
Ensure, that the check boxes (Add Links to PDF, Add Comments to PDF, and Add Bookmarks to PDF) are set or cleared according to your needs.
Select the Convert Entire Workbook check box on the Settings page to include each sheet of a workbook into the PDF. (If you clear this check box, then the resulting PDF contains only the active sheet.)
Enable or disable each component in each tab, making choices for enabled items.
Optionally, choose Embed Metadata on the Advanced Settings page to have the Word file’s existing document information (metadata) transferred to the PDF.
Please be aware, that metadata transfer overrides any information added manually through the Document Settings dialog box!
To start PDF creation
Click the Create PDF or Create PDF and e-mail tool or use the corresponding menu items.
Accept or change the default target folder and file name in the Save As dialog box that appears.
Determine the source of document metadata, you may choose only one of the following:
Optionally, transfer metadata from the Word document. Select the Embed Metadata check box in the Advanced Settings panel of the Creation Settings dialog box (Kofax PDF > Creation Settings > Advanced Settings > Advanced Settings…> PDF Settings).
If you did not choose to transfer metadata from the Word document, you may add document information manually on the Document Information page in the Document Settings dialog box. To start the Document Settings dialog box, select the Document Settings check box, then click Edit.
Select the View resulting PDF check box in the Save As dialog box to have the resulting PDF document displayed.

Tips
Select Create PDF and E-mail to create and save a PDF and also send a copy as an e-mail attachment.
