Delete

Use the Delete tab to permanently remove a tenant from the Printix Partner Portal. Deleting a tenant is permanent and cannot be reversed.

The Delete tab is only visible if your account has PRINTIX_ADMIN_API_WRITE (Global Access) permissions. If you do not have this role or sign in with a Microsoft account, this tab does not appear.

To delete a tenant:

  1. Enter your Printix Home (such as acme) in the Enter company name field.
  2. Select Delete to confirm and permanently remove the tenant.
