Closing the application when an error occurs

If the connection between COLLECTOR and the mail server is unstable (COLLECTOR frequently loses contact with the mail server, for example), causing the entire system to hang, it may be a good idea to have COLLECTOR close the program.

  1. Open the COLLECTOR General settings dialog
  2. Click Advanced.

  3. Select Close application on error.

  4. Click OK.
