The Documents overview

ClosedTo access this dialog:

  1. On the Configuration tab, expand Solutions and then the solution you are working with.

  2. In the left pane, select Documents.

  3. In the right pane, click the Documents tab.

Here you can view all document specifications in a solution:

Name

The name of the document specification.

Status

The configuration status the document specification has:

  • OK – everything is normal.

  • Stale – there are broken references.

  • Incomplete – all necessary settings are not defined.

Modified

The date the document specification was last modified.

Type

The type of document specification.

Based on

The parent document specification, if any, the document specification is based on.

Sample documents

How many sample documents there are, if any, for the document specification.

Cost (credit)

This does not apply in Capture Components Administration.

Classification result

The percentage of sample documents that were classified OK, if you validated document classification using sample documents.
